The title – Tyberness – is a variant spelling of the old Anglo-Saxon tiberness, and means “Destruction, Immolation, Sacrifice.”

With the publication in 2019 of two printed books about the O9A – Feond, and Baeldraca – the public profile of the O9A is taken to the “next level”. A level beyond the type of satanism and the neo-nazi occultism that the O9A is, rightly or wrongly, notorious for, and thus beyond the texts contained in much earlier books such as Naos, The Black Book of Satan, and Hostia.
The new books, which compliment each other, contain a selection of post-2012 texts which deal with O9A occultism and traditions, and the knowledge and the understanding expected of the O9A Internal Adept, the stage – on the O9A Seven Fold Way – beyond the early stages of Initiate and External Adept and which early stages books such as Hostia deal with.
Most of the knowledge imparted in the two hundred or so pages of these new books will be unfamiliar to those students of the occult, and to academics, who have concentrated on studying the Qabalah based and “goetic” traditions of the Hermetic Order Of The Golden Dawn and of the likes of Mr Aleister Crowley and Michael Aquino. The knowledge will also be unfamiliar to those who follow or who study the modern ‘satanism’ of showman Howard Stanton Levey, better known under his alias of Anton LaVey.
The post-2012 texts will also disappoint those who expect to find ‘satanic rituals’ or heretical diatribes, for when not eruditely informing readers about obscure occult topics – such as sorcery in Virgil’s Aeneid, or the Greek origin of the name Baphomet – the texts deal with esoteric philosophy and how O9A esotericism and methods are related to Hellenic and Hermetic mysticism, to Renaissance alchemy, and to the neglected paganism of a septenary anados or quest. That most of the texts includes copious footnotes containing references to other O9A texts and to works such as the Corpus Hermeticum, will also deter many readers.
In consequence the books are niche products and well express the pagan, classical, Western, notion of καλὸς κἀγαθός which, as texts such as the one titled Appreciating καλὸς κἀγαθός and the O9A in the Feond book describe, could be considered to reveal the type of personal character which it is one of the main aims of the O9A Seven Fold Way to encourage and create.
Which character is the opposite of the egoistic type encouraged by the likes of Crowley, by Levey and by modern practitioners of a Hebrew indebted qabalistic Left Hand Path. A difference that Anton Long and those of the “inner O9A” {1} have pointed out many times before and after 2012. {2}
In regard to satanism and neo-nazism, the text The Alleged National Socialism Of The O9A in the Feond book references neglected explanations by “Anton Long” in the early 1990s. Which explanations are that both satanism and neo-nazism are considered to be causal forms, ideas, which could be used to achieve certain Aeonic – “sinister” – goals or which can be useful as Insight Roles, as learning experiences, by the Initiate or the External Adept.
“To achieve the strategic goals, certain tactics have to be used. This means involvement ‘in the world’ by some individuals/members – for instance, the disruption of society, the creation/manipulation of certain forms.” {3}
To conclude, the books will be useful not only to those, such as students of the occult and academics, who seek to understand the O9A, its traditions and occult roots and how it differs from other modern occult groups and movements, but also to those who have begun their own anados, their own journey, or who are considering making such a journey, along the difficult, the dangerous, O9A Seven Fold Way

A new 110 page book titled Feond containing some of the more arcane post-2011 (ev) O9A texts has been published and is available both as a gratis open access (pdf) document and as a printed book.
Feond is an old Anglo-Saxon word – variously meaning “fiend” or “devil” or “foe” or “an enemy” – and is appropriate given how the O9A is often perceived by other Occultists and by the mainstream media.

Nihilism And The O9A
The author of a previous item we have mentioned {1} has – or so it seems – “connected some more of the metaphysical dots” between the Order of Nine Angles and nihilism and which nihilism thus takes the O9A far beyond the “neo-nazism” that it is commonly but mistakenly said by the Occult illiterati and by the Media to espouse.
In an article titled Virtual Reality and Terrorism the author quotes from an O9A text published in Naos {2} decades ago which states that:
“For a long time the nature of the Left Hand Path has been misunderstood. The traditional definition as magick use for personal/destructive/negative purposes is meaningless because it assumes a framework of moral opposites, which does not, in reality, exist in relation to magickal energies. All evolution of consciousness is a magickal act – an expansion of the acausal into realm of the causal. From the ‘traditional’, moral/ Nazarene point of view all such evolution, of necessity, becomes evil. It is unfortunate that, for a long time, this simple fact has been obscured by silly systems like Qabala with its notions of a Dark Side of the Tree. No dark side exists, because what actually exists is dark of itself because it presences non-Being.”
As the author of Virtual Reality and Terrorism notes,
“It is all dark, because the acausal is just a […] term to denote absolute evil and every act of presencing it in the causal realm of necessity, becomes evil.”
Yet even if nihilism is accepted to mean “rejection of prevailing religious beliefs, moral principles, and laws, together with a practical hostility toward accepted beliefs and/or established institutions,” then both philosophically and practically the leaderless O9A movement goes beyond the type of nihilism manifest for example in O9A insight roles, in presencing the acausal through sinister deeds, through heretical Occult rites and ceremonies, and through the O9A principle of the authority of individual judgment.
It does so because, as explained elsewhere {3} the raison d’être of the O9A is evident in:
“individuals undertaking an often decades-long hermetic anados (ἄνοδος) by which they might discover Lapis Philosophicus and thus acquire wisdom. A practical anados manifest in the O9A Seven Fold Way,”
and in the fact that:
“what the Media focus upon and misinterpret – such as alleged culling, insight roles, satanism, alleged neo-nazism, alleged disruption of society, and Occult ceremonial rituals such as those in the O9A Black Book of Satan – are related to only one temporary part of that Seven Fold Way. Which part is that relevant only to an External Adept (stage three of seven) and which part lasts from between a year to around eighteen months after which the individual moves on to other learning experiences.”
Which other learning experiences – beyond the stage of External Adept – involve “numinous experiences” such as the three to six month long rite of Internal Adept where the individual lives alone in the wilderness.
The O9A Adept therefore as a result of their anados presences some-thing – a Reality – which prevailing religious beliefs, moral principles, laws, causal abstractions and forms hide or obscure or distort.
Furthermore, the O9A movement has always maintained that the knowing of this Reality is acquired wordlessly, and thus is not only an acausal-knowing but also the result of a pathei mathos – a learning from personal experience, ordeals, and challenges both Occult and practical. {4}
Thus it is perhaps more apt to describe the O9A as representing a post-modernist nihilism.

The Quintet – the Deofel Quartet plus the novel Breaking The Silence Down – amounts to almost 600 pages and is a neglected aspect of O9A occultism. For attention hitherto – especially in mainstream Media, by self-described modern ‘satanists’, by academics, and by self-described ‘anti-fascists’ – has focused on the alleged neo-nazi and satanist aspects of O9A occultism, with what the O9A means by satanism either ignored or misunderstood.
The Deofel Quintet {1} places the neo-nazism and the satanism aspects into the necessary esoteric perspective, for the novels of the Deofel Quintet are non-political with the overt satanism of such works as Falcifer and The Temple of Satan expressing the place of satanism in O9A tradition: which is that it is a short-lived and personal learning experience, germane to the early stages, the first few years, of the anados (ἄνοδος), the decades-long hermetic quest, for Lapis Philosophicus. An anados manifest in O9A hermeticism by the sinister-numinous Seven Fold Way.
In this perspective, both Falcifer and The Temple of Satan are concerned with initiate type learning experiences: gaining esoteric knowledge, participating in ceremonial overtly ‘satanic’ rituals, and experiencing the part of the satanic ethos that concerns personal pride and personal pleasure. But they also deal with how personal emotion – especially love – affects them, can complicate their lives, as well as offering them opportunities to learn and advance further in their anados.
Which advancement is the concern of The Greyling Owl, of The Giving, and of Breaking The Silence Down.

In the above essay the Order of Nine Angles (ONA, O9A) is discussed in relation to two articles by the same anonymous author which were published in 2018 by a popular internet based music magazine. One of which articles – Beyond The Iron Gates: How Nazi-Satanists Infiltrated the UK Underground – was devoted to the O9A, with the other – titled Why We’re Investigating Extreme Politics in Underground Music – dealing with artistic transgression, subversion, and infiltration, in general.
As we reveal, the article about the O9A is ill-informed, while the other article reveals a lack of understanding of artistic transgression and subversion. As we go on to note, the O9A defies classification according to mainstream, conventional, ideas, and appears to have taken “artistic transgression and subversion†to the next level.
That the anonymous author, in respect of the O9A, commits the fallacy of secundum quid et simpliciter [a generalization from specific examples] and the Fallacy of Incomplete Evidence was only to be expected.

With the recent (June 2019) jailing of two young members of a British
neo-nazi group for “terrorism†offences, an anti-fascist Zionist
financed group based in England with connections to British Members of
Parliament, to mainstream newspapers and to television companies has
stepped up their smear campaign against the Order of Nine Angles (O9A,
ONA) repeating and adding to the baseless accusations and lies that they
wrote about the O9A in their February 2019 report about the so-called
“state of hate†and which report was widely publicized and widely quoted
from in mainstream media.
As in that biased propaganda report {1}, in their latest piece of
smear propaganda they again try to link the O9A to paedophilia and to the
promotion of misogyny and rape. They also wrote that “paraphernalia connected to
the Order of Nine Angles […] were found at the home†of someone accused
of being a member of the now banned neo-nazi group National Action, and
that “British neo-Nazis are morphing into Satanic rape gangs.â€
In respect of their lie in their February 2019 report that “O9A literature regularly advocates ritualised rape,†we wrote

Furthermore, several O9A documents refute the smear, the lie, that
the O9A condones and encourages paedophilia, with one O9A text written
in 122 yf – 2011 ev – making it clear “that individuals of certain
proclivities, involving children, are regarded by us as dishonourable
individuals who most certainly are not of our kind.†{4}
As befits their anti-fascist fanaticism, the Zionist financed group
continue to use the Big Lie (große Lüge) technique, not only repeating
their allegation that Myatt is involved with the O9A while failing to
provide and evidence whatsoever but also continuing to attribute
quotations by other people to Myatt, again failing to provide any
evidence for their allegation. {5}
As befits their simplistic way of thinking, the writers of the
Zionist financed anti-fascist group also continue to commit the logical
fallacy of secundum quid et simpliciter. Which is the use of
particular individual cases to form a general rule to then use that rule
to describe, and thence to blame, or to castigate, or to defame a whole
group.
Thus they illogically and propagandistically take the example of a
few individuals with certain personal proclivities and fantasies, and
who may support some aspects of O9A occult philosophy and praxis, as
representative of the O9A as a whole.
Meanwhile, as befits their lack of even the most basic research –
and/or their desire to place lies and propaganda and hate before truth
and hope – these anti-fascist fanatics continue to ignore the fact that
the O9A, esoterically understood and appreciated, is at its core neither
neo-nazi nor ‘satanist’ but is a sinisterly-numinous occult tradition
